Frequently Asked Questions

In order to reduce the risk of cavities and gum disease, good oral hygiene habits need to be practiced and this includes visiting the dentist once every 6 months for a professional clean. Special tools are used during a professional clean to ensure that plaque and buildup on your teeth is removed in order to maintain a healthy mouth.

We recommend that your child visits us for an exam by their first birthday.

Good oral health starts early and a child’s impression of a dental visit can impact their views of the dentist will stay with them for a long time. A good time to bring your child in is when they start developing their first teeth around the ages of 1 to 2. Our team encourages parents to bring their children in for either their own appointment or an older siblings appointment as it can help them get used to the sights and sounds of a dental practice.

Yes! We offer comprehensive care for your smile and treat many cosmetic concerns through high-tech, high-quality care. We offer veneers, crowns, bridges, dental implants and dentures.

Yes! We offer braces and clear aligners such as Invisalign, Sure Smile and Clear Correct. Clear aligners are the clear alternative to traditional metal braces for kids, teens, and adults.

Yes, we offer root canal treatment – a procedure that treats the nerve of the tooth, giving the tooth a second chance. When a tooth becomes infected due to decay, disease or injury, the nerve tissues dies and causes discomfort.

The procedure involves removing the pulp (nerve), cleaning and widening canals, sealing the canal to protect remaining tooth and a filling material used to restore or if limited tooth structure crown will be used. This process usually takes 2-3 visits to complete, which will be advised accordingly by the dentist.

We’ll outline a complete treatment plan based on your needs with financial options to consider. We’ll find the right path forward that best fits your budget and needs.
